Tyler Combs, DO

Dr. Combs is a radiologist at Imaging Specialists of Charleston. He joined the practice in 2026.

Dr. Combs completed his neuroradiology fellowship at Wake Forest University in Winston-Salem, North Carolina. He fulfilled his diagnostic radiology residency at the University of Kansas School of Medicine–Wichita and interned in internal medicine at the University of Kansas–Wichita.

Dr. Combs earned his Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine at the Oklahoma State University Center for Health Sciences in Tulsa.

Dr. Combs is an accomplished researcher with works published in the Journal of the American College of Radiology, JAMA Internal Medicine, the American Journal of Emergency Medicine, the British Journal of Dermatology, BMJ Evidence-Based Medicine, and Arthritis & Rheumatology. He also presented "Syphilitic Gumma Masquerading as a Nasopharyngeal Mass" at the American Society of Neuroradiology's 2023 Annual Meeting.
